What is the best thing that happened is a journal that is circulated around where people reflect on the best thing that happened today. A floating journal where strangers share their joy, tiny stories that make them smile, laugh, cry or inspire them with others anonymously, passing it on.
The inspiration came about while I was working with children, I reflected on how happy the children can be with ordinary and simple things in life. Sometimes they could be laughing happily just by thinking about happy events. It seems like while rushing through our daily lives, we forgot about this simple fact that happiness isn’t hard to achieve, we don’t have to chase after it and it is within us; it is how we think.
